This is the Starbucks inside Kroger and they have been great every time- always friendly staff and quick with your order!
Asked for a frozen strawberry drink and they said that location does not do analysis frozen , got a strawberry drink ask for vanilla cream to make it better , employee said she was busy and needed to charge me , very unkind, I did not drink the drink, she never addressed me ,bathroom was uncleaned ,will not be back . No customer service not a clean environment
they seem to not be able to get anyone to work, therefore it takes EONS to get your drink. If they even have what you want. Worst starbucks i’ve ever been to in my life
If you have 45 minutes to spare, go here! That’s about how long it’ll take if you have one or two people in front of you. To be fair, they typically just have one or two coworkers (mainly just the one).
This location needs a lot of help. The other day I went and they had run out of venti cups which is fine but the employees have no way to measure and gave me less than I should have gotten for a venti I paid for. Then today I got another matcha and it wasn’t mixed at all with a huge clump at the top and tastes like it’s just oatmilk. The manager needs to do better training and supporting their team.
