This location needs a lot of help. The other day I went and they had run out of venti cups which is fine but the employees have no way to measure and gave me less than I should have gotten for a venti I paid for. Then today I got another matcha and it wasn’t mixed at all with a huge clump at the top and tastes like it’s just oatmilk. The manager needs to do better training and supporting their team.
This is the second time. I didn’t order a drink on ice but they served it on ice.
