I work in the neighboring area and usually will purchase at this Starbucks but lately I’ve noticed a change in the customer experience. Had a great experience at today! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. I especially loved their chocolate chip cookies—perfectly soft, fresh, and full of flavor. Definitely a sweet treat worth coming back for! Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the mood for good coffee and even better snacks.
I’m a regular Starbucks customer and have never felt so disrespected as I did at this location on Sunday, February 8, 2026. I placed a mobile order and arrived at the drive-thru a bit sooner than expected. Since there were no cars behind me at the time, I politely asked if I could add one additional item at the window. Manager Nico immediately told me I couldn’t and that I had to drive around and reorder.
