I arrived at 10:35 AM and waited for someone to take my order, but all the employees were engaged in a full-blown conversation and didn’t even acknowledge me. Another customer walked in after me and was served first, even though I had been waiting for quite a while. This was very frustrating and disappointing.
I have been a customer of this place for many years, including my children, for years… Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior this morning was unacceptable. He refused to let me use the emergency restroom even though I had just finished my morning run and was facing a human emergency. He only wanted me to purchase something first. It was very unpleasant, so from today on, we are switching to Juan Valdez—better service, coffee, and prices. A very unpleasant experience.
Bad service. I asked for a drink without ice and they gave me half of the drink. Why are their policies like that now? Because it doesn't have ice, I only get half. They are scammers. This is the first time this has happened to me. muy mal la atencion pedi una bebida sin hielo y me dieron la mitad de la bebida porque ahora las politicas de ellos son asi porque como no lleva hielo solo me corresponde la mitad son unos estafadores primera vez que me pasa esto
