Lady who works there doesn’t speak much, English, I’m trying to converse with her in English, but she can’t understand . She doesn’t know the menu. I ask for unsweetened and drink. And she says oh, you want to drink to be sweetened. No, thank you. Shouldn’t be having sugar right now.. She gives me a sugary drink she also says they aren’t part of Starbucks, even though they are name Starbucks. Starbucks is this you? I’m so confused
I ordered my normal and it was $10 more than normal. I think it’s highway robbery to take such advantage of people in crisis that don’t have lots of money but are stuck at the hospital. Shameful!
It's ok. The older guy with the glasses and bald seems to always be annoyed anytime i present a coupon or change the size of my coffee. Eventually he stopped taking my coupons for some reason.
