Always double check your orders from this location. Rarely do they get it right - very rarely. Looks like understaffing, Starbucks spends the money for location, the barely places proper staffing.
I visited this Starbucks on Saturday January 24th and despite the location being bigger and nicer it is super slow. Get this I placed my order at about 4:30pm and saw my food come out about 20min later and my drink was still missing. I asked the staff how much longer and they made it right there super quick and the lid wasn't even put on correctly. I don't understand why I waited almost 25min for my entire order and they didn't even call-out my name. This Starbucks has to work on their speed of service!
The new location is better. I gave it 2 trips to make sure. There is one employee that is very conscientious. He stayed aware of the count on the printout and knew there was 3 items total on my mobile order and kept an eye out for when my food came out of the oven and brought it straight to me. If only all Starbucks employees could be this way.
Starbucks is a place where I hold meetings, complete quick tasks, and enjoy my coffee and music. This particular Starbucks truly caught my attention because of the exceptional level of friendliness and professionalism displayed by the staff.
