If I could give zero stars to this company, I would right now. You guys should be completely ashamed of yourselves as human beings. It was 105° out and my 17 year-old son was out on foot in this hot weather. He made a mistake and left his water bottle at school so as he’s waiting for the next bus, he’s extremely thirsty so he figures there’s a Starbucks, a safe place to get some free water because he didn’t have any money on him. Very kind staff at drive thru that clearly strives for professionalism.
I went this morning around 9am and ordered an iced lavender matcha latte which COMES WITH CLASSIC SYRUP . The person taking my order said they are out of the classic syrup and if I would like to substitute it for any other syrup, like brown sugar syrup or vanilla.
