Waited 26 minutes trapped in the drive thru, there were only 3 people in front of me, that was insane. When I got to the window no sorry for the wait, instead, they had me wait further so they could take more orders. Nice. All I wanted was espresso with Splenda and they didn’t put in the Splenda, way to go. Not coming back to this location, they need to get their act together.
I have been a customer of this Starbucks location several times a week for the last 10 years. I used to love this location for its convenience. It's friendly, baristas and welcoming atmosphere. Although the last 6 months it has been drastically going downhill, for instance randomly on random days during the week the lobby would be closed probably due to Short staffing. So I've been avoiding the lobby like the plague and going through the drive-thru but the drive-thru has been excessively busy. Super slow getting orders wrong... read more
Went in at 8:54pm to order a drink to go and was told they wouldn’t serve me because they were closing in 6 mins. Pure laziness…
