The lady taking my order kept walking away and working on other things while I was ordering and told me to just tell her anyway what I wanted. That left me quite shocked but I did as she asked. She was aggressive with scanning a cup I was buying for a friend. And when I got my drink it was not what I ordered. I asked them to remake my drink and they did without protest at least but it was not a pleasant experience at all.
I ordered a DECAF drink and they literally gave me milk. The attitude when I ordered was beyond unacceptable. Please do better.
I order a HOT late and received an iced shaken espresso. The lady working the window argued with me and said it’s supposed to be an iced drink, even though I clearly asked for a hot. Never going there again. Also irritated they make you tip before you even see your drink. No thanks!
