Service is terrible. Attitude of staff is terrible. Didn't make drink correctly and argued about it. Won't return....another Starbucks in parking lot. Worth going to brick and mortar vs Kroger.
They never seem happy when you go to the counter to order something. But a positive experience
Melissa was so wonderful! Starbucks is discontinuing the toffee nut syrup that I love so much, and she went out of her way to replicate my drink! Such amazing service, and so kind!!
Terrible! I ordered a mocha, pumpkin muffin, strawberry refresher and a grande salted caramel cold brew. I requested that the cold brew be blended. They legit blended the ice AND THEN put into the drink instead of blending my drink altogether. The amount is so freaking small??? And then the strawberry refresher ended up being so diluted. Spent over $20 for this. Never again!
