Have been going to starbucks on Alumrock for the past couple of years and the quality of service has dropped significantly. Staff is uncourteous and if you ever try to check in on your order, you are met with a stark response and they cut you off as you speak. My last visit left me with a bad taste and I will not be visiting this location again.
I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. I lost my wallet a few days ago and didn’t even realize it until later. When I called back to ask, the staff had safely kept it for me the whole time—with everything still inside, including cash and all my credit cards. I’m incredibly grateful for their honesty and kindness. It’s rare to see this level of integrity and care.
