Alex was extremely rude to me and my family today. I told him that my drink was made run and he apologized and told me he was sorry he could not remake the drink. I will never return to this location
I cant believe what I just witnessed. A Starbucks employee denying a woman to use an outside restroom. The employee closed the window on the woman's face at that! How disrespectful...Starbucks corporate you need to retrain your employees specifically the latino guy with the arm tattoo employee at this location. Avoid this location at all costs!
