Im sorry but coming up to customers who havent even had a chance to get comfortable (under 5 minutes) to tell them they need to leave if you dont plan on buying something is actually insane. Especially so, when the person is a regular and buys multiple items including coffee EVERY SINGLE TIME they come in. With how many Starbucks there are in the area, you might as well go to one of those instead. Fallsgrove has lovely staff who ALWAYS make you feel welcome. I will not be coming back even if this is the closest location.
Apparently, Starbucks has a new policy, officially enforced since January 2025, but I only learned about it today, probably because I usually just dash in and out for coffee. Turns out, you don't really notice a policy like this until it stops you in your tracks.
