This review needs to be shared with corporate. I used to be an avid customer to Starbucks. Over the last few years I have noticed a HUGE decline in customer service at many Starbucks locations. We travel quite often have had terrible experiences in airports along with other states, especially Oregon. We try our best to NOT patron Starbucks anymore, locally or when we travel. Came here today and they were open in even with the snow! Robin was amazing as well as the other baristas. Thank you for the coffee and goods!
