Can't get in unless you're an employee. If course it doesn't tell you this so i order my drink and go pick up to be told i can't go in. Beware.
Recently met Michie at CITI Starbucks Tampa. She has really heard the order nice, helped to serve good food with lot of patience as there are more customisation with lot of smile on face. She has helped to select coffee mug as well. Excellent example of customer service and she is really an asset to Starbucks.
Rude staff, especially Sarah. Horrible coffee as well.
They run out of coffee every day! No matter how many times I call and complain they run out. People need to start contacting corporate To let them know, they refused to keep up with their volume
