Your standard Starbucks snd with usual good service. Nice spot in downtown that serves downtown office workers and tourists. Across the street from Huntington place, far north end

Excellent staff and typically nice store but, as in the case with many Starbucks, it's confusing to know where the order spot or line is vs the pickup spot or line. There is no obvious sign and there are usually a bunch of people milling about. A simple sign or two can make the entire process smoother.
