I lost brain cells interacting with them. They messed the drink and took zero accountability.
Messed up my matcha latte 2 times. Wasted my time, made me almost late for my flight
Since 1 is the lowest I can put. Attitude sums it up. Not sure if it was because I’m white or they don’t like their job this service is very unacceptable. Especially from a worldwide brand. Then the way they treated my wife put me over the limit, and the way they gave my 8 year old son attitude because they didn’t warm up his cookie and he asked them to.
They were absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. Hate their life they hate their job and you can tell
