Im used to people not have good customer service it’s normal but there is a big difference between bad customer service and being straight up rude! While ordering my wife’s drink Savannah with purple handwriting on her tag was snappy about the pumps she wanted and when I was confused about the rewards she was so rude to me and made me feel like an idiot for being unaware. The girls here are normally really good to my wife and I my wife is very upset about her ways of being. Thank you.
This has taken a long time but these ladies were absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I had car problems and just a hard day in general but the sweet girls came out and helped us till our vehicle got started again. We were embarrassed but these girls sat with us and helped made us feel very welcome with the outmost loving personalities. Always consistent friendly service, I think the manager who helped us was named Maddy. Super sweet!
