Horrible customer service it was my moms birthday and all we wanted was a drink and this girl at the window had the worse attitude giving my mom dirty looks like she is so bother with us getting drinks doesn't even try to have any customer service said she can't take a 50 dollar bill for a order for over 20 dollars ? If I could give them a zero that’s what it would be On saturday I came in to get a triple espresso with oat milk like usual, and I have noticed recently the store is very dirty and the quality is declining. Behind the counter the baristas do NOT clean up after themselves there is espresso and milk all over the counters 🤮 seems like overall poor management.
The employee's that works at this location are very rude. Idk if they hate their job or they hate their lifes, but there is no reason to treat customers poorly. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt thinking it will be a better experience next time but nope its always the same horrible experience.
