Love getting my mocha in the morning from this lovely place!
good overall but my typical go to is strawberry acai refresher and they NEVER put berries in it and it’s really annoying because i always look forward to the berries (and yes i double checked on the app it says 1 berry inclusion every time i order) I hope they fix this but overall awesome

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I politely mentioned to the cashier that I didn’t receive a note on my coffee, and he responded, “Write it yourself,” with a rude attitude. The comment felt dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service is a big part of why people choose Starbucks, and many customers look forward to the small handwritten notes on their cups.
