This Starbucks has the worst staff I’ve ever seen. They marked my drink done and only one drink was done, whatever. I’m waiting for my drink and the guy asked me what my drink was. I told him it was also a matcha but that it was a DIFFERENT drink with different ingredients. I told him specifically, dude my girlfriend is going to be pissed if you mess that drink up. Mothersday 2025. Went into the starbucks for the 1st time ever. I have only ever been through the drive-through on a rare weekend morning with my wife. When it was my turn at the counter, The guy asked me if I’m having a good day and I showed him a picture of my wife and said do you know this woman and he said yes and I said yes I am having a good day and then I said do you know her order and he said yes and I said now I’m having an even better day And then he noted. 3 disastrous drinks in one day is a record. Refresher: watered down $6 plus; 2 coffee frapps: overcharged for one ($10 instead of $8.60) and drink was done wrong, the second is missing sweetness and the traditional Frappuccino taste. I’m not going back in again to be disappointed a 4th time. I’ve never had an experience like this here.
