Just walked in. There was a manager meeting with four managers sitting at a table with a clear view of things. There were 6 other employees I counted in the back. I was the only person in line. Waited for a while before anyone even acknowledged me. Then it came out wrong. Correct sticker on drink, but smaller size. Not sure how there's 10 people on staff, four managers, and that's the experience?
Great stuff, clean store. Very friendly and even remade our drink and helps us understand the new frappuccino menu.
