Communal wash area. Giant bathrooms don't have neither a sink nor a mirror because they want people to adjust themselves with the public watching. They also don't use coffee caraffes so the coffee tastes metallic like Keurig. Can't call the coffee good if it's not brewed and steeped properly.
I am appalled by the experience I had at your Bayside location. For a company valued at nearly $100 billion, the way this situation was handled was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to returning customers.
