Horrible. I would stay away from this place. Some of the staffs here are just incompetent workers. The espresso was disgusting. The portafilter was not properly cleaned when making drinks. Stay away.
One of My fave Starbx locations. Great location in Bay Terrace next to Home Goods, plenty of parking, clean and great service. As far as their staff, so far I’ve interacted with Cat and Mesha. Both were friendly, attentive and made drink suggestions that I have ordered again!ThnxxLisa
The iced pumpkin spice latte this year at this location is NOT IT. Went twice and each time they were horrible. Went again tonight w my boyfriend ordered 2 iced pumpkin spice lattes and both of ours were not good. So disappointing. Very watered down, bitter, luke warm, and barely even a taste of pumpkin. So weird not sure what’s going on there but they’re definitely not meeting up to the Starbucks standards we know and pay for.
Ordered a venti here for pick up on a Saturday morning and really like the drink itself, but the barista filled the cup with 90% ice.. I spoke to them about it and how there is no longer an option to adjust the ice level on the app, but they only acknowledged it and said “yeah, sorry”. If I had time to spare I would have requested for the drink to be remade. Starbucks needs to bring the ice level adjustment option back.
