While enjoying my latte, I started choking, and a quick-thinking barista went to action, performing the Heimlich maneuver and saving my life. The coffee is always great, but the heroic service and genuine care from the staff here make it truly outstanding. Every visit now feels extra special, knowing that this isn't just a place that serves excellent coffee, but a place where the staff truly looks out for their customers.
