In town visiting family and got up SUPER early for a trip to Disney. While being so tired I was indecisive about what I wanted to start my day. The employee named TJ was by far the best employee at any Starbucks I’ve ever went to. He was so happy and kind and we had genuine conversation. He smiled and was patient with me. He was very personable it was like talking to an old friend not at all transactional. He looks like he enjoys his job 100% will be back because of him. Thanks TJ!
I go to this location maybe 3-4 times a week and I always get greeted very friendly always great on customer service but today I placed an order online and I went thru the drive thru I was asked exactly like this after I told her I had placed and order online. "For who" ... "ok come around" when I got to the window no greet just took my cup gave me my drink and didn't say a thing. Honestly I feel so disappointed with the service.
