The customer service here for this AM team was terrible and after soaking with the Lead i see why. No accountability! Having to wait 30 min for a drink to just be made incorrectly is insane. Being short staffed is no excuse for poor customer service from the staff that is present. Why can’t ANY of the staff inform the customers why they have to wait 30 min for a drink? We had a great visit today — the staff were friendly, upbeat, and made our drinks exactly the way we ordered them. The store was clean, comfortable, and had that relaxing Starbucks atmosphere that makes it easy to sit and unwind. Our coffees were perfectly made, and everything came out quickly even though it was busy. Always nice to find a Starbucks that gets it right every time. Well done to the team!
