Entire counter has 10-15 drinks waiting for people not even present! Lines into the street and through the store. Insane to wait 15-20 minutes and still no coffee produced. Such a bummer with service!
Is coffee ever a bad idea?
A weakness in their service is keeping the tables and benches clean. No matter what starbucks I go to. Everytime I go to sit down and enjoy my coffee, I have to search for a clean table and bench or clean one myself.
