Regular Starbucks coffee costing $5.50 a little bit too much
Staying out of town to visit family. I visited this Starbucks a couple times as I was staying in the Luxor. I’m a 3 year long supervisor and partner. The first time i went to this location i had the worst experience. When I'm spending $90 the least someone can do is smile. I tried to use my discount, she rudely let me know I couldn’t which was fine. I witnessed them ignoring a customer in the wheel chair at hand off, asking for a water. The previous reviews are correct, but we were in need of coffee. The lady taking our order was difficult to communicate with and was not friendly. Coffee was not great as good as the Starbucks chain. I asked for half sweet and it was not that. The drinks are double the price, which I had already expected.
Veterans Day Cofee Not Served Here.
I went to the one near the Aliante casino on Aliante Blvd. The service was cold as ice. I asked one barista for directions and her answer was "I don't know"., Didn't bother to ask any of the other staff.
