It took over 20 minutes to get the order from the walk up counter. They had an average number of customers. Service this slow is unbelievable especially when you are paying stupid prices and they expect a tip in advance. Maybe that was the reason for the poor service...no tip in advance?
I forgot my wallet this morning and the barista still got me my coffee!! I did have enough for a tip though! Thanks!
Staff is very friendly and nice. They made my day yesterday when I had a negative experience at another fast food place by drawing a smiley face on the cups of my drinks which were water and a Mango Drangonfruit Refesher. This is the closet Starbucks to my home so I will be visiting a lot when able to.
As a thriller and romance author, I spend a lot of time in Starbucks. I stopped here to work on my next thriller novel while grabbing a chai and a snack. This Starbucks sits just off the Strip on Flamingo Road with plenty of easy parking, which makes it a favorite for locals and commuters.
