Extremely Uncomfortable and Unprofessional Experience. I’ve never felt so pressured and uncomfortable buying a simple coffee. The employee literally turned the card reader toward me and hovered while waiting for a tip, as if tipping is mandatory now. Outrageously expensive, rude and angry employees as soon as you order and constantly messing up your order before overcharging you. This shop has quickly become very terrible.
143.5% markup on a Perfect Bar over Target. Boy I hope they're passing that on to their hardworking employees
WAY too expensive for low quality coffee, assuming they make it correctly. Often understaffed during lunch.
