I use to be a regular here until they started charging me an upcharge for getting my Frap's decaf. Thats just bad customer servive.
There needs to be better quality control, ESPECIALLY ON SHAKEN ESPRESSOS! I’m a regular there every morning, and I get the same thing everyday. Almost everyday, I have to ask for my drink to be filled up. Coming from someone who worked at Starbucks for two years, and took mega pride in my work, that is unacceptable. That foam needs to be scooped out and then filled to the brim with milk.
