As a thriller author who travels to Vegas for Author conventions, I spend a lot of time at Starbucks. The Starbucks at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, in the main B gate area where the concourse splits off after security, is in a perfect position. Jayleen displayed poor customer service and lacked basic people skills. Her behavior was unprofessional and made the situation uncomfortable, which ultimately impacted what should have been a memorable experience for us in vegas. While I understand that she may be young and still learning, additional training in customer service and communication would be extremely beneficial and will help her greatly in her future career.

Very slow service— baristas are so so so slow and wait times are over 20 mins just for a simple drink; expensive prices too $9 for a mocha
