Always busy! Go to the new one right down the road
Same goes for the Starbucks inside Cape Fear ER - Hoke County Campus. But its still relatively new. Maybe in time the servers will manage to get an order correct.
Agree with most of the post concerning this Starbucks,just not as professional as other locations in Fayetteville.
They tend to chit chat with each other than take people's orders...and how come one person makes the drinks?! I'll see at least two or three employees!
They need to dust once in a while.
The batistas, or coffee makers as I call them at THIS location, are not nearly as friendly or competent as those at a stand alone Starbucks.
This location doesn't deserve to use the Starbucks name
As a loyal Starbucks customer, I feel you're better off at an actual Starbucks store. This venue lacks the consistency & knowledge I'm accustomed to; I'm frequently disappointed.
