went on 3/29/25 at 7:36am through drive thru. ordered a hot drink and got no sleeve. no greeting. no goodbye. all hot drinks come with sleeves but besides that i wasnt even at least asked if i would like a sleeve with my hot drink. drive thru worker attitude sucked. she had very low vibrational energy and was very rude. you guys should check the cameras and see she didnt give me a sleeve or even offer one for my HOT drink. i already submitted a complaint to corporate. just letting it be known for everyone else.
This is the main Starbucks that i come to. I never have an issue with customer service or the products that they sell. Yesterday, i placed an order via the app and it told me the order would be ready in two minutes. I was parked in the parking lot. No customers in the store. No one else parked and no one in the drive thru. So. I figured, i’d wait the two minutes and then drive thru. They weren’t busy what so ever. 3/28/25 5:15pm. Went through the drive through the two young guys that helped me, taking my order and giving it to me were so super nice !!!! Don’t know their names but you should know !!!!
We went to Starbucks this morning. Great shift, friendly, everything is very fast and incredibly delicious! Thank you very much! I tried a new product-Iced Cherry chai. Michael-the best barista!
