When did shops and stores start closing before they closed? Came in at 7:50... store closes at 8:00. "Yo bro, we closed". First off, learn to interact with your customers properly. Secondly, this is not a restaurant where I am going to be there for an hour. Take 2 minutes and make me a drink. Cleaning is supposed to happen after you close.
I visited this Starbucks today and had a disappointing experience. The barista took over 7 minutes to even acknowledge us. There was no one else in line, yet we were left standing there with no explanation or apology for the delay. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving without ordering anything. Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.
