The coffee from Starbucks was smooth, well-balanced, and consistently fresh. It’s a reliable go-to when you want quality without overthinking it.
Trev was just rude and unhelpful. I asked for a half cup of ice, and although he could have given it, he directed me to tell another employee, as he stood and watched me ask someone else. If you had time to stand and watch, you had time to provide the cup smh🤦♂️ . Other employees there are great, like the Muslim lady, she’s amazing!
There are plenty of times that i have come to this location and spent a few hours before heading to a client or simply to work for a few hours. I try to come early at opening to be specific and when I come early the staff is usually busy prepping and I usually just give them a few to do that. I walked in today and the manager was there. I know she is the manager because I have sat right next to one of the tables by the door as she conducted interviews or meetings ( at least to me, it sounded like an interview). Walked into the store 7:25ish am for a pick up order was not acknowledged by any of the 5 employees including the barista named Willis who worked 3 feet away from my face the entire time (7+min) while me and 3 others stand and experience the same thing one by one 3 more people walk in and the heavy set black woman who’s name tag I did not see but she acknowledged and serviced those customers as soon as she returned to the line So shout out to her and I give the guy on the window a pass cause he was working window and taking ... read more
