Really need to work on their customer service. Had to go to the bathroom just to notice the restrooms are locked. I asked for a code that did not work multiple times. There was clearly a vacant restroom that an employee had just left from. They didn’t help me out whatsoever with opening the bathroom door and I really had to go. First Starbucks I’ve ever been to with locked bathroom doors. Absolutely ridiculous I have to beg several times so I can use the bathroom as a paying customer. I will not be back.
