DO NOT GO HERE ON SUNDAYS!! This location has some really nice baristas for the conditions they seem to work in but they are ALWAYS understaffed on the weekends! I once sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes for a simple black coffee and around 30 minutes in the store on a different sunday. Saturdays are hardly better. I usually like this location for its USUALLY quick service but it looks like sundays i will just have to do without.
Always understaffed especially on weekends and takes 5x longer than other Starbucks. Made the mistake of thinking it was abnormal but after three times with the same outcome 15 mins for a cold brew I will never go back even when convenient
This store customer service is lacking. The young lady with blue hair should not be in a customer service role. She was rude and not helpful.
This morning I came through the drive thru and spilled my coffee all over my car (was probably my fault). I was fully prepared to drive away and deal with it once I was out of the way. But the barista (I wish I remembered his name) was AMAZING!!! He got me rags and a new coffee 🥲🥹 That could have easily ruined my morning but his kind reaction turned it around🥹
