This has to be the WORST Starbucks around. They literally mess up every order placed. Literally every single time. And they don’t even care to ever fix it. Spend all this money to never get the correct order and a bunch of attitude when they are the ones who messed the order up. Terrible. Do better.

I recently moved to the area and started coming to this Starbucks, but I’ve been consistently disappointed. I usually mobile order and bring my own reusable cup, and unlike other locations, this one rarely has my order ready on time. On my last visit, the app said my drink would be ready in 11 minutes. I arrived after 12 and still waited another 5, but had to leave for work. When I asked to cancel, I was told I needed my phone for a refund and they couldn’t put the credit on a gift card. This is hands down one of the best locations in the area! To be greeted by name is top tier and not having to say my order bc the sweet barista already knew 🥰 thanks ladies!
