Drinks take FOREVER. No matter what time of day, how many employees are there or if you mobile order. Staff is rude and half the time the drinks aren’t even full
I visited your location and ordered two drinks. The dragon drink I received tasted like straight coconut milk. Was very disappointed!!!! I used to be a barista and know how the drinks are supposed to be made. The barista didn’t even use the shaker and just poured it in the cup. I would like a refund..
They almost never follow the directions on the cup. I would think that “extra ice” would be relatively easy to execute, yet I am still faced with the same lukewarm first sip of my latte.
