Cops hang out here. The employees don’t bother to put their phones away or stand up straight when customers come in. I warned them the parking lot was extremely slippery and they said “we have a guy who comes and salts”. There was no salt in the parking lot, just 1 pile in front of the door. I miss the Springfield Starbucks, where you can seat, I went today to this place and the employee Alex, she was soooo nice!, very polite with us and with all the costumers.
I had never been to this store, but it is close to where I go to school so I decided I was going to mobile order to pick it up while I was on a break. I placed an order and arrived about 5 minutes after I placed it and I was met with a man screaming outside smoking a cigarette that the store was closed. I tried to explain that I placed an order online, but he immediately told me it doesn’t matter and the store is closed and there’s nothing they could do.
