Yuck, they use an AI voice in drive thru without any signage posted. The thing couldn't even answer my question and was very off-putting, nor did I consent to having my voice used to interact/be recorded for AI. There's a time and place for it, and this isn't it. It was very clunky, and the environmental impact for something that didn't need AI hamfisted into a perfectly fine working process is gross. The staff here knows my name by voice, and I know most of theirs. It’s a given that the know my order. They are all exceptionally kind, professional, and offer connection with every interaction. I come back several times a week for that interaction. The food and drinks are good. The people are better! There’s no better way to start a day.
Everybody there always remembers who I am. Remembers my drink that I like and are always very friendly.
