I’m honestly so disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite spots — the coffee was great, the service was friendly, and I always felt like it was worth coming back. But now? It’s a complete letdown. Every time I order my usual customized drink, I get charged a different price — sometimes $7, sometimes $8, sometimes $9, and even $10. It feels random and unfair. Ive been here at about 6:50 a couple times & they’re closed. Though the website & Google say they’re open until 8. Will be filing a complaint to corporate.
У меня была подарочная карта я её дала кто принимает заказ и я начала делать заказ мне одали карту обратно и мне говорят сколько мне надо заплатить но я брала пару напитков, мне сказали что нужно заплатить ну я то то думаю нужно доплатить и доплачиваю картой своей , вечером захожу в программу что с меня списывают всю сумму, а ту подарочную карту НЕ ИСПОЛЬЗАВАЛ МОЛОДОЙ ЧЕЛОВЕК, я очень расстроена! И то что карты той уже нет Вывод я не буду туда больше ходить! Не первый раз там что то бывает
Company policy at Starbucks is that they offer free water. I haven’t had a problem until today with it. When I asked for water the worker was playing on her phone and told me to get it somewhere else. It’s really not that big of a deal to give out free water if it’s company policy.
