Rabia was incredibly helpful while I was waiting for my drink. She was friendly, attentive, and clearly works very hard. Employees like her make a big difference and make the Starbucks experience much more enjoyable. Thank you, Rabia!
Terrible services in this location at all times. Staff are very rude
The only Starbucks with zero customer service, I waited for a drink for 30mins after placing the mobile order and then they were saying we are only two people and it takes an other 15mins in a very rude tone as if they are not getting paid for their job.
This is the only Starbucks that makes my coffee so delicious! The rest of the Starbucks in ashburn suck
