It took way too long to get a simple Grande size cup of coffee.
Was waiting in line outside 10 mins no one answered they are excuse was had too many online orders no person was in front of me only one in line
Often dirty when visiting. Milk is always burned. Staff typically is rude. You can spend the same amount of money at local establishments and get a better coffee, with a kinder person across from you taking your money. Go anywhere else. Even a different Starbucks if you're dedicated to supporting them. Protect your wallet. Stop supporting people that own places like this.
Note: I reached out to customer service and to the manager of this location. No response. They will simply email a form for you to follow and then take zero action. A great example of why not to support corporate chains. Awful customer service. I'll be frank, this location gave me my reason to support local coffee shops over corporate chains.
