Ordered a simple ice coffee with cream and sugar and after they made it they quietly like a bunch of teen introverts called out my name once and never had the courage to speak names louder until all the ice melts in my drink and have to get a refund, rookies who need better social and verbal training, truly disappointed.

It was nasty. I don’t know if there are new people in there training or what. I normally order the same thing all the time as I’m a person of habit. I haven’t had a nasty caramel Frappuccino in a long time until today. I think I will be skipping this location and just go to the one on first Street near Manatee Memorial Hospital. Shoot, I want my tip back
