I've been a customer for 18+ years and have ordered the same drink, in multiple establishments, in multiple states up and down the east coast of the country. Yet the staff, and really one gentleman in particular, at this establishment continuously can not make a simple frappuccino correctly. When I offer to help them they get an attitude or attempt to be agreeable until I move on. Then when I return they once again can't figure it out. Nice Starbucks tucked into the corner of a large parking lot. Friendly, helpful staff and nice seating inside and out.
Most of the time customer service is good. I had a couple of interesting experiences. But the good makes up for the bad. I love Starbucks. Especially customer service, cold brew and Danish and now I love their mozzarella and tomatoes sandwich hot and yummy
Busy location but no napkins anywhere? How is they possible? They ran out completely with no alternative? Not even any paper in restroom only dryers. I had to go next door to the sub shop for napkins. Luckily they opened early.
