Drive through they know me very fast
I ordered a protein matcha and when I went to pick it up it was an iced coffee. Everyone makes mistakes I get that but when I went up to a worker and said hey I ordered a matcha she gave me a dirty look and said “ok.” I wouldn’t have written a bad review if she would’ve just at least given me a smile. I wasn’t upset about them making the wrong drink just upset that the worker was unfriendly
So tired of standing at the counter with zero service because they're handling the drive-thru or whatever. Terrible service at counter.
