I want to thank the staff from this morning how wonderful they are and what service that me and my mother experienced was just amazing. We are not from Tulare we were down for a funeral and we were early so I stopped there for coffee and what amazing service. Tulare staff at starbucks on J st you guys rock and thank you for such great service.
They take forever!!! Especially in the mornings when you're in a hurry trying to get to work. I pulled in there with two cars ahead of me. And set in the drive-thru for 12 minutes. RIDICULOUS! Then when you get to the window they don't apologize for the wait. They just take even longer! Smh
