The manager at this place needs to be put to work and train better. The service from these employees is the worst. Don’t greet you, makes you wait 5min before even coming to the register to take your order. Asked to use the bathroom and they don’t give you the password, they make you wait until they’re done with their orders to go and open the door for you. Worst starburst I’ve been to & I go to a lot of them! This is also the first time I don’t tip at a Starbucks because of how bad the service was. I travel all over west coast for work (WA, OR, CA, NV) and always need wifi, so Starbucks is usually a go to.
