I rarely write reviews, but after my recent experience, I completely agree with the widespread complaints regarding the terrible customer service at this location. I placed a mobile order five minutes before arriving so my drink would be ready, as I needed to get straight to work on a project. When I arrived, the drink wasn't ready yet.
