Norman is very nice and sweet. Iv had him a few times be here to make my drink and he’s always so professional and kind.
The service is very slow and the coffee is not as good as other Starbucks. There is one employer in particular that is very slow and doesn't make the coffee right.

I wanted a trenta green tea, the young man, nice enough, couldn't make it because it wasn't in the data base. Data base? I've bought it at at least 10 different Starbucks, apparently it was in their data base or the employees there knew the work around.
