This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Now I understand why this location has such low reviews compared to other stores. What I ordered was completely different from what I received. Even worse, there was absolutely no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to fix the mistake. The level of service was incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable.
my go to starbucks to pick up company meeting coffee orders! they always have everything prepare on time and ready to go! and they always write cute comments and drawing! even wrote in korean which shows extra care for returning customers!
