One of the employees in the Drive-thru shouldn’t work with the public. When they couldn’t hear my order at the speaker over my engine, I pulled forward to the window to better assist. I was met with a very nasty attitude and before I could say anything, the employee told me next time I would have to park and come inside and that it was Starbucks POLICY to not to take an order at the window. Sucks
I went through the drive through today 01/27/2025 around 2:23 pm, Drive through staff was very rude. My encounter was with a male barista and he Seemed annoyed that I asked to remake my drink, got two drinks both did not taste right. First time here wouldn’t come back!
Kevin is the best, and in my opinion truly embodies how Starbucks felt years ago. Kind, attentive, always double checks orders, and just great customer service all around.
