Absolutely love this Starbucks. 99% of the girls here not only remember my name but my drink and exactly how to make it.
I usually have a good experience however today I ordered a Carmel brulee latte and it was mostly foam. I brought it to their attention and they apologized and remade it however it was still mostly foam. I didn't have time to wait so I just left. 7+ dollars for mostly foam very disappointing.
Staff is so kind! They are very speedy and get things done very quickly. I just don’t like going in to enjoy my meal and hearing the staff gossip about their management. It’s happened a few times, not all the time. One time I was sitting and a barista had yelled “___ is going to rot in hell”. I don’t remember her name, but she had short black hair and glasses.
