I understand places get busy, but this was frustrating. I waited about 20 minutes, come back to checked and was told my order would be made right away. After that, nothing happened, and I watched others continue to get their drinks. Very disappointing experience.
Ordered a coffee, the worker got an attitude because SHE asked ME how many scoops of powder to put in the drink? Isn’t that your job to know the ratios? When I said “how many a medium is supposed to come with is fine” she started talking under her breath and threatening me, swearing for the next 10 min and yelling in front of the other staff and customers. Left without my coffee, was extremely rude and felt unsafe with her handling my food
Service was okay but there was a roach crawling all over the table where they leave YOUR PASTRIES TO PICK UP!!!. I find it rather disgusting and disrespectful that there are roaches at the Starbucks of a hospital, its like a slap in the face to the medical staff and to the patients/visitors there, please fix this issue. The roach was also seen crawling around the area in which they leave your drinks for pickup, it is very disgusting and i would suggest to not come here until this issue is fixed.
