I purchased a glass bottle for 20$ and I wanted to use it for my matcha latte. The cashier had big problem with fulfilling my request to wash the cup before they fill it with my latte. Why you sell these bottles/ cups if I m being ashamed in a store for wanting to use them in sanitary way?????????????At the end they forgot about making my drink and after 15 min I had to remind them to make one! I came to make an order and couldn't make it for a long time because the bartender at the checkout was talking to his friend!!!! Make sure that this does not happen again in the future because the client is always right!!!! 05.13.2026
Just amazing! Came to this Starbucks because the other location messed up my order. The manager at this Starbucks did not just agree to redo my drink and apologized but also gave me a $4 discount card for my next order! I totally did not expect that! He went above and beyond! I’m amazed!!!
This location is extremely slow. I've come here around 4:30pm the last few days and there are always like 1-3 cars max in front of me but it takes like 15 min for the line to move. It's ridiculous.
