So poor service
I usually get the same drink at every Starbucks, but a barista named Kayleen made it exactly how I like it. She is an exemplary employee, very knowledgeable and efficient at her job. Great work!
I have had enough of Starbucks. I have been a customer for over 20 years but all the diversity and woke agenda is exhausting. I walked into this location today and their was Spanish music blaring in the store. This type of nonsense seems to be common in their stores. The decline in service is another story. Time to try the new competition I have been noticing.
I drink Starbucks A LOT! And I've never before paid for a frappe that disappointed me and made me want my money back for the entire order. This was saddening. The staff were friendly but the drinks make me wish I would've waited for the next location.
