I always go thru the drive thru and ask for a cup of water and ice and they always give it to me. Today person at drive thru said they can't i have to purchase something. Very rude .never coming back
I love starbucks and this place...
I ordered a specialty coffee, extra hot (preferably around 200°). Regrettably, this store unlike some others, can only go up to 160°. It would be nice if all the stores maintained similar consistencies.
