The barista did not know therm term “Herbal” when I asked for an iced tea. She told me there was black, green and passion fruit. When I asked her if there was caffeine in the passion fruit, as I knew there was in the black and green, her answer was I don’t know. Will not ever go back to this Starbucks.
I went to Starbucks today, ordered my drink, and paid. Simple, right? But then I stood there and watched people who came after me get their drinks first. They just kept skipping over mine like I was invisible. I waited around 30 minutes before I finally said something to the barista. She did apologize, but honestly, by that point it felt hollow. Good service they were actually really nice 🙂 which is a shocker and not the usual which is nice 🙂👍 so thank you for the nice service and a really good drink you made me yesterday ❤️
Everyone so friendly, and very professional service. Even sometimes they’re busy but I ask for water for my daughter, they’re still smile and gave to me . Thank you . That very important for all the costumes. So please don’t change even sometimes costumer don’t need to buy food/ drinks. Costumes always go first, does matter what . 🩷
