There’s a girl there who’s a lead or manager of some type and she is beyond rude and not even to customers to her employees. Won’t be coming back here if that’s how they treat the people who help them run their store
I was told that inorder to receive a cup of water, I had to make a purchase, which is not customary at any other location. I am a valued member of the rewards program and found it discourteous and I felt targeted because I am African American. This has never happened before and I hope no one else has to experience this unkind treatment. If the practice has changed for all Starbucks then that should be posted for longstanding customers.
