I come to this Starbucks constantly and have always been a regular customer, so I was honestly pretty disappointed by how I was treated this time. The one time I wasn’t actually going to purchase anything, I simply asked for the code, and suddenly there was an issue with giving it to me. It felt extremely petty and unnecessary. The barista Marissa makes you not want to stop by. We walk in and are waiting in line she comes to the register and just stares with a mean face, you can tell she’s not happy to be here. No good morning or anything ! I thought it was just me. Another customer comes in and is ignored at the registered and he ends up leaving
Always good coffee and service
The workers are always in a bad mood when it comes to drive thru mobile orders at this location. I always put light ice and receive a cup full with ice. My matcha taste like straight up grass and burnt.
