You guys need new staff. 15 minutes for 3 drinks and a glass of water is ridiculous. They move slowly, clearly have attitudes. Kelly and Oder don’t need to be serving anyone or making drinks. She has terrible customer service skills and seems to favor one race only. Y’all need new staff who know how to treat customers nicely and make the right drinks for once.
This location forgot my in store order. I asked for a refund which was provided. No apology given…just ‘have a nice day’ (without my coffee).

Specifically asked which drink I had to buy in order go get the reusable cup. Women told me my options. Picked one and once my drink was made they said they were out..... would not have got anything if they told me the truth. Waste of $$ and time
