Came to order shortly before closing. Felt bad that the store was cleaning up but Ivante was professional, kind, and happy to create my order.

Today I went to exchange a coffee that was bought for staff by a Rep, however, it was sitting for a while to get picked up. I waited twenty minutes and walked out. Had to wait over 20 minutes. They need to do better.
